Who is RunBoy Logistics?
We are a fully licensed international freight forwarding and courier company. We specialize in safely shipping your valuable items between the United States, Nigeria, Canada, China, United Kingdom, Turkey and More offering top-notch services in warehousing and procurement of goods as well.
What documents do I need to ship?
You will need to provide an invoice or receipt for your items. This is a requirement from U.S. Customs to confirm that the goods are legally purchased.
How can I track my shipment?
Once you drop off your shipment, we will send you tracking details immediately so you can monitor its progress.
Is there a fee to create an account?
No, creating a personal account with us is completely free.
How do I pay for shipments?
We accept multiple payment methods including U.S. debit and credit cards, Zelle, CashApp,
PayPal, and online bank transfers. You can also pay directly into any of our partner banks in
Nigeria.
What exchange rate is used for payments in countries with local partners?
In countries where we have established partners, we use the current day’s exchange rate, as
rates can fluctuate under normal market conditions.
Which countries do you ship to?
As a company licensed by the U.S. Transportation and Security Administration, we can ship cargo to almost any country worldwide.
Where can I drop off my shipments?
In the U.S., our office in Houston Texas is open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 11am to 3pm.
In Nigeria, our offices operate Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am to 5 pm.
How should I package my shipments?
No need to worry. Our expert team will professionally package your goods using various box sizes, custom packing tapes, shrink wraps, bubble wraps, and all necessary labels to ensure safe
delivery.
Can I ship to you if I am not based in the United States?
Yes! Simply sign up at runboylogistics.com and send your shipment to any of our warehouses.
How long does delivery take?
Shipments typically arrive within 7 working days from when they leave the airport. Occasional delays may happen during busy holiday seasons.

Can I store items in your warehouse?
Yes! Registered customers enjoy 7 days of free storage.
How will I know when my shipment arrives at the warehouse?
As soon as your items arrive, we inventory them accurately and notify you by email so you can confirm everything is in order.
Do you decide if my shipment needs special crates?
Yes, we assess shipments and recommend wooden or iron crates for fragile or high-value items to ensure extra protection.
